公司具有自营进出口资格，由美国公司批量进口主要原材料。严格按照美国公司标准制备、培养、组装、生产，按计划安排完成产品出口加工。努力扩大出口创汇，以出养进。尽量减少成品进口，加大国产化力度，逐步减少材料进口，降低成本，减少生命科学教学、科研院所在使用此类进口试剂方面的支出。
公司办公及研发中心位于武汉东湖新技术开发区光谷国际商务大厦，华中科技大学生命科学院对门。在附近6km市郊生产基地建有超低温冷冻储存中心、细胞房、无菌房、采血及血样预处理中心、动物房以及实验动物养殖场。公司所有员工均具有本科以上文凭，其中博士2名，硕士5名，囊括了医学免疫学、药学、理工、农学、环境学等生命科学密切相关的专业。

The company has a manufacture base in the suburb about 6km from the office. There are ultra-low temperature refrigeration, the cell culture room, sterile room, blood collection and preparation center, experimental animal room in this manufacture base. All employees of WUHAN USCN SCIENCES CO.,LTD have bachelor degree at least, and there are 2 have doctor degree, 5 have master degree. Their major covers a full range of related life sciences fields, such as Medical Science Immunology, Pharmacy, Technology, Agronomy, Environmentalology, et.al.
